PLDT “TELEpuno” Tree Planting Project
In celebration of its 80th Anniversary in November 2008, PLDT partnered with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), the Multisectoral Watershed Management Council, Inc. and the local government of Infanta and Real Quezon for a 5 year program by planting 80,000 seedlings to regenerate the natural ecology of the 80 hectares of Infanta-Real Quezon Watershed Forest Reserve. (80K.80Ha.80th).

Arakan Valley, North Cotabato in partnership with Philippine Eagle Foundation, Inc.; Cebu Hillylands in partnership with PBSP; Mangrove Planting and River Clean Up in Iloilo City; Ipo Dam, Norzagaray Bulacan; Mt. Banahaw Liliw, Laguna; Bontoc, Benguet and other areas in Luzon and Visayas.
26th International Coastal Clean Up
“Trash Free Seas” –in partnership with DENR. PLDT Employee Volunteers help clean the shore at Las Piñas Parañaque Critical Habitat Eco-tourism Area (LPPCHEA).
Highway Clean Up Drive
In partnership with the municipality of Bacoor, PLDT supported the Highway clean-up Drive for Tirona Highway in the town together with the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO).
PLDT joined hands with Motolite, the country's leading battery manufacturer, and Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) in a recycling program of used car batteries from PLDT's fleet of vehicles all over the Philippines. The recycled were resold and the proceeds will e used by PLDT in funding the establishment of Learning Resource Centers in some communities and schools nationwide.
PLDT joins Earth Day by collecting recyclables from different PLDT offices in Metro Manila, conducting Art Workshops entitled "Sining Buhay para sa Kalikasan" for cancer patients of Philippine Children's Medical Center (PCMC) and from other charitable institutions; and a fun walk dubbed as "Lakad para sa Kalikasan" joined by some PLDT employees.
Run for Pasig River
An annual advocacy run by ABS-CBN Foundation Kapit-Bisig para sa Ilog Pasig that serves as its fundraising and information campaign for the ongoing rehabilitation for the River.
Shore it Up: "Rescue, Restore, Revive"
An environmental awareness program of Metro Pacific Investments Corp. (MPIC) covering environmental stewardship talks, tree-planting, coastal and underwater clean-up and artificial reef replacement.
